Steps When Using Your Foot Stretcher

Warm Up

Start by warming up your feet with gentle stretches using a resistance band. Foot

Foot Placement & Stretching

Place the stretcher under the arch of your foot and slip your foot into the foot sleeve. Extend your leg until you feel a gentle stretch in your foot. Hold for 20-30 seconds to start, gradually increasing to up to 2 minutes as you progress.

Using the Included Blocks for Placement 

The Pointe Perfect includes 2 foam pads to adjust your foot placement to stretch different areas and ensure your arch properly placed in the stretcher.

 

Tips While Stretching
  • Stretch both feet and even amount
  • Avoid over-stretching and don't keep your feet in the stretcher for more than a couple minutes.
  • Never push through pain and unusual amounts of discomfort.
  • Allow time to see the improved flexibility and don't rush the process.
