Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

Orders received on the Dance Buddy Shop website selecting the "Flat Rate Shipping" or "Free Shipping" options will be shipped within 3 business days and generally arrive within 5-7 business days after being shipped. Dance Buddy will take every reasonable effort to communicate any delays in shipping.

Expedited Shipping

Items selecting one of the expedited shipping options from 3rd party carriers will be shipped within 1 business day. The time in transit is determined by the shipping option selected. Dance Buddy will take every reasonable effort to communicate any delays in shipping.

Items Arriving Damaged

If items arrive damaged please contact Dance Buddy immediately at dancebuddyshop@gmail.com. Dance Buddy will send instructions for returning the damaged product along with replacing the damaged product.

Missing Items or Incomplete Order

If your order arrives incomplete please contact Dance Buddy right away at dancebuddyshop@gmail.com. We will promptly respond and work with you to ensure any missing items are delivered to you.

Lost Shipment 

If you feel your order has been lost in transit please contact Dance Buddy right away at dancebuddyshop@gmail.com. We will promptly respond and work with you to resolve this concern.
